I have a Mazads RX8 love the car. Was sent a request in the mail to buy or trade my car back to Gary Yeomans Mazads by a Harry Kaniarias, up to 130% not only did Harry not show up for our appointment most of the staff treated us like ***. We have bought 4 Brand New cars in the past 4 years from Yeomans and we won't be back. I have called the Manager with no response.
My husband was treated like *** from the tech that was to fix the speaker in his truck and his response was cant fix whats not broken dude with attitude. Dont think this is very good customer service and you know what they say the customer is always right and bad word of mouth spreads like a disease and good word of mouth stays shut. Well thank you for making my experience so bad.
Not only have you lost 2 loyal customers you have also lost the service money on 2 brand new autos!! Congrat's Gary
